With Eternity in Our Hearts By Lauren Barrett Lauren serves with the International Facilitation Team of SVM2.
Throngs of people swirled around my brother and I as we worked our way closer to the rope, which kept our feet from stepping on the fairway of Hole #1 at the Augusta National Golf Club where the Master's Golf Tournament was being held. Stillness and silence fell over the crowd. Tiger Woods stroked the ball from the tee and it landed right in front of us in the middle of the fairway. A beautiful shot. Acclaim and laud fell from the lips of awed spectators. As I listened to different people declare the praises of this professional golfer, one said in reference to Tiger, "Man, I wonder what it feels like to be god?"
I couldn't help but think, "That is hardly something Tiger Woods, or any other created being, would know." Yet, the core of that question reveals a deep, terrifying longing that stirs within us. Whether or not we recognize it, more >
Using A Degree to Impact the Nations By Budi Lim Budi is the director of the Indonesian national student mission movement called Indonesian Student Harvesters.
Professional In Mission
History proves that college students have a special role in fulfilling God's purpose for the world. These days, God is raising a new generation of students from across the world that will live for His Cause to be message bearers. Realizing the urgency of God's mission today, we have to prepare ourselves while still a student to be used in His Movement.
Last year, I was invited to speak in a student leaders meeting in my country of Indonesia. My topic was Students role in Mission among the Unreached people. During my sharing, I felt the need to know what these campus leaders had in their mind when they heard the word "mission ". I was curious because these were not bible school students, but mostly business students. S more >

Waking the Giant: The Resurging Student Mission Movement By Ryan Shaw
Waking the Giant is a refreshing approach to the history of missions and students while also giving new ideas of what a massive movement of students reaching the nations for Christ could look like today. Students and leaders alike will be challenged to take their peers and students to a deeper level of mission involvement. The time has come to stop sitting on the sidelines. We must take up the baton that has been handed to us, and run the race with perseverance until all have heard and have had a chance to respond to Jesus' message of love.

Setting Your Campus Ablaze ABANDONED DEVOTION FACILITATION PACK
The Abandoned Devotion Facilitation Pack provides all of the materials necessary for a five hour corporate prayer and worship event focused on the nations hosted on campuses and in churches.
"The Abandoned Devotion gathering at Cornell had a huge, but unexpected effect on my prayer life. To be honest, when I was praying for the Kohistani people group of Pakistan, there were moments where I had no idea how praying for these specific culture groups, on the other side of my world, had anything to do with me. But the Lord's answer came swiftly and firmly: 'It has nothing to do with you!'
"Over two hundred Cornell students from differing campus ministry backgrounds in one room, praying for five hours, and hardly a prayer breathed for our campus, our needs, or our desires. The gathering was a tremendous lesson on the power and call of intercession for the nations in our lives as Christians. It was not easy at first to be praying for people other than yourself or the people you know, but as we persevered into the late evening hours, the Holy Spirit broke our hearts individually and corporately, and we delighted in answering God's call to pray. When the night was over, there was joy in the fact that we had done what God created His church to do and we stayed around an extra hour and a half worshipping and seeking the face of God, simply because nobody wanted to leave. The blessing bestowed in unity fell amongst the Christians at Cornell." - Student Leader at Cornell University
