Derek came to Christ as a university student, entered full-time ministry in 1995 with Every Nation Ministries, and has served in various roles in campus ministry, world missions, and international student ministry. Derek and his wife, Linda, have two young sons and presently live in Franklin, TN. He spends his time setting up new mission opportunities, recruiting and training mission team leaders and participants, working with international church planting efforts, and playing at the park with his boys.
